This manual juice filling tank is engineered for hygienic storage, continuous mixing, and efficient filling of juices and beverages. Built entirely from food-grade stainless steel, it features an integrated motorized stirring system with an adjustable speed drive to ensure that the juice remains perfectly blended, while the multi-nozzle manual system speeds up the bottling process.

- Food-Grade Construction: The entire tank, internal stirrer, and valves are fabricated from high-quality SS 304 Stainless Steel. This ensures maximum hygiene, prevents corrosion from acidic juices (like Amla), and preserves pure taste.
- Customizable Tank Capacity: While our standard model comes with a 200-Liter capacity, it can be custom-built in smaller or larger capacities based on the specific production requirements of the customer.
- 1 HP Motorized Agitator: Equipped with a robust 1 HP motor that drives the internal blades, gently and continuously stirring the liquid to prevent any pulp, sediment, or solids from settling at the bottom.
- Flexible Multi-Nozzle Efficiency: The standard machine features 3 manual filling valves/nozzles to fill multiple bottles simultaneously. The number of nozzles can also be customized as per the client's needs to optimize production output.
- Variable Speed Drive: The advanced AC drive allows you to easily increase or decrease the mixing speed. This flexibility helps you adjust the stirring intensity based on the thickness of the juice or pulp.
- Uniform Product Consistency: Continuous variable stirring guarantees that every single bottle filled from the first to the last has the exact same juice-to-pulp ratio and quality.
