Unlike direct-fired cookers, this Paste Kettle features an advanced Double-Jacketed Body filled with high-grade Transformer Oil. Heavy-duty Electric Heaters heat the oil, which then transfers heat uniformly to the food product. This Indirect Heating System guarantees that the material never burns, sticks, or changes its natural flavor and color, delivering an uncompromised, premium final product.
Motor & Gear Box Drive
A motor-driven gear box (80:1 ratio) provides slow, steady, high-torque mixing, which keeps thick pastes, jams, and sauces moving evenly while they cook and concentrate.
